Everyone has fallen in love once; everyone has a source from which he derives love.
In my case, and I won’t be exaggerating if I said that my first and eternal love is
Cuisine; I don’t, can’t or want do anything except it. Merely it is everything for me!
The whole story started since I was a kid, I still remember how astonishing I was and I’m watching my mom spreading magic on her plates, how her fingers were petting doughs, providing full-flavored and renewed dishes.
Then I decided to adopt this art for the rest of my life employing my skills and knowledge in order to give a new breath to the Moroccan cuisine.
